The Content Creator supports the Kilcunda Bass Football and Netball Club by helping to generate engaging content for the club’s website and social media platforms. Working alongside the marketing and social media team, this role involves capturing stories, results, photos, and moments that reflect club spirit and community involvement. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a creative eye and a passion for community sport.
Graphic designer
The Graphic Designer plays a supportive role in assisting the Kilcunda Bass Football and Netball Club’s Marketing/PR team by helping create visual content for both print and digital platforms using Canva. This includes contributing to social media posts, website updates, and occasional printed materials for events or promotions. Working alongside the social media team, this role adds creative input to the club’s communications while keeping visual branding consistent and engaging.
Communications Coordinator
Responsible for actively monitoring and triaging incoming communications across multiple platforms, including email, website contact forms, social media inboxes, and other relevant channels. Ensures timely identification and escalation of important messages, inquiries, or issues to the appropriate team members.

Senior Coordinator
The Netball Operatios Coordinator is a key role within our netball club, responsible forcoordinating and overseeing all aspects of the netball program. It is split into a Junior and Senior Role. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and development of our junior and senior teams, providing a positiveand enjoyable experience for all players and their families. Qualifications & Desirable Characteristics Hold or willing to apply for a current volunteer “Working with Children Check”Effective communication skillsUnderstand league requirements at local, regional and state levelsCoordinate organisational activitiesCommunicate with respective netball operations personExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with coaches, parents,and club officialsLeadership abilities to inspire and motivate coaches, volunteers, and junior playersAble to maintain confidentiality on relevant mattersUnbiased and impartial on all issues Duties and Responsibilities Prior, during and post season duties may include but are not limited to: • Develop, implement, and manage the club's netball program in line with club objectives and values• Coordinate player registrations, and scheduling of training sessions in line with other club teams• Collaborate with coaches, team managers, players (and parents)• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes player development, teamwork, and fair play.• Recruit, train, and support coaches and volunteers for teams, ensuring they are aligned with the club'scoaching philosophy and carrying out their role to support the team• Provide guidance and mentorship to coaches and player development plans as required• Maintain accurate records of player registrations, team lists, and player statistics (Netball Connect Coordinator does this)• Communicate important information, such as training schedules, match fixtures, and club policies, to coaches, players and parents in a timely manner•Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including league officials, other club coordinators, and external organisations, toensure compliance with regulations and participation in events or competitions.
