To be a community club that fosters sporting excellence, personal development, and lifelong friendships. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our junior sportspeople, allowing them to grow into their best selves, both on and off the field and court, through commitment, teamwork, and a strong sense of belonging.

Our mission is to cultivate a thriving, volunteer-driven club that ensures a strong and sustainable future. Through a culture of inclusivity, fun, and shared purpose, we aspire to not only achieve success in football and netball but also be a welcoming place where the community can come together, connect, and feel at home.

Community 

Kilcunda Bass Football Netball Club is a place where everyone is welcome. We take pride in creating an inclusive environment for the wider community.  It is a place where people can come together, feel included and forge lifelong friendships.

We believe both game day and club success is built on collaboration, trust, and mutual

those that represent and are involved with our Club. 

Junior Development 

Our juniors are the future of Kilcunda Bass FNC and our community.  We’re committed to helping them grow, not just as athletes, but as people. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment where young players can develop their skills, confidence, love for their sport and a sense of place in the community. 

Enjoyment 

We strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants, volunteers and members around the club. By fostering a fun, energetic, and supportive environment, we strengthen our club’s spirit and make every moment on and off the field and court meaningful.
